Myths Of The Indian Education System.

We Indian are very conscious about the state we belong to or the religion , but today I want  you to meet an angel who treat us equally without considering our age ,gender, state or religion. It's makes you equally less intelligent ,less confident, and less creative .Yes my dear friends I am talking about the  "The Great Indian Education System"

Had you ever asked a simple question to yourself that:

What is the purpose of education ?

I know most of you didn't ,but suddenly one person did and the answer changed the whole education system in which I and you both grown up.
For understanding this we have to look for the origin of our "education system".

ORIGIN OF THE INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM

We have to go back into the late 18's (1800) When the industrialization is in peek  in England. And the east India company had just started their business in India.
That time the Britishers are facing a huge problem of COMMUNICATION,and to overcome that they send a British historian and Whig politician to India,To understand and resolve the problem.

The name is "THOMAS BABINGTON MACAULAY", And Mr. Macaulay did the same what he told to he gone through our old education system which is  mostly in Sanskrit or Arabic, and the most interesting thing is that he didn't know any of these languages. but then also he managed to understand our education system and found out that this education system is not good. So, he made an report and published on February 1835, that was named as Minute on Indian Education .

On that report Macaulay urged Lord William Bentinck, the Governor-General to reform secondary education on utilitarian lines to deliver "useful learning" . a phrase that to Macaulay was synonymous with Western culture. There was no tradition of secondary education in vernacular languages; the institutions then supported by the East India Company taught either in Sanskrit or Persian. Hence, he argued, "We have to educate a people who cannot at present be educated by means of their mother-tongue. We must teach them some foreign language." Macaulay argued that Sanskrit and Persian were no more accessible than English to the speakers of the Indian vernacular languages and existing Sanskrit and Persian texts were of little use for 'useful learning'.

Remember the Question i asked at the starting. "What is the purpose of education ?" Macaulay find a purpose or should I say he believed that the education system must have a purpose. Now a days you and I can say that We are learning to grow our knowledge But what Macaulay believed that education must have a purpose and some how he convinced the government on his point and then came the :
                                    "ENGLISH EDUCATION ACT OF 1835"
this education system is basically made to bridge the gap within Indians with the  Britishers and that took me to the first myth of the education system .

THE ALL MIGHTY ENGLISH

As the Britishers want Clark for their offices who just sit on a bench do as they told without any questions asked. sounds families with most of our's daily job. so , the English is primary subject for the student to under stand the orders and do as they told. and after 70 year of independence still we have the same culture in our schools.
In the school they treated the English language  as a art you have to master and if you are not then you know the rest. Look I am not against the English language but I think English is not an art instead it was a tool to communicate that's it and that brings back me to the syllabus of our education system. Just think carefully, what all are the major subjects :
  • MATH
  • SCIENCE
  • ENGLISH
And you know why is that so, because back in 18's  as they need Clark they also need workers for their industry's or what we now call them "ENGINEERS' .
But what about creativity. Is creativity important ?

As study's told that most of the achievers are great creative thinkers they are mostly innovators not followers. By saying that Don't think that i'm saying that there are no achievers from India. We have Nobel laureate, spots achievers, great businessman's but they are not because of the education system.

This bring me to the second myth of the education system, To became an creative personality you need to know how to fail.

DISCIPLINE  NEEDS  PUNISHMENT

Yes, you get it right just think what is the greatest quality of any innovator, They all know that failing is a part of success. But in Indian education system failing is punishable. Means you can't fail in any thing  if you do you will be punished and punishment is something that every one is afraid of  and when you afraid of something you want to avoid that.

And let me ask you a simple question  HOW WILL YOU AVOID MISTAKE ?
By memorizing the exact text from books with zero understanding because if you try to understand things and then try to explain them their is a strong possibility of mistakes and you always try to avoid mistakes and that is the truth of our education system.

Related image

Let us bring all that together, so the purpose of  the education system is to  force us to learn subjects from the syllabus that has made to create clerks and workers for the English man's by memorizing  everything without understanding anything.

Now you tell me do you like your children's to grow up with the same purpose or you want to change  this ?

PROCRASTINATION : Deep Drive Into The Mind

Procrastination a word which is  relevant for all of us. We all are procrastinators , Yes let's just accept the truth Nobody love to work for something that won't reward you instantly.
There are many article on the internet that suggest you how to get rid of procrastination ! or  ways to stop procrastination ! but in most of the cases , All that wisdom won't really change our action because the we don't want to change.

Image result for real man procrastinating
We all know that completing the task at time is important, or doing exercise is good for health and if we waste our time today it will ruin our future. BUT why we are not doing all this thing.
for understanding this we have to take a deep drive into our mind. We need to understand how the mind works and the most important thing is that after all this procrastination habits that we have  how we manged to complete our jobs .

INSTANT GRATIFICATION

WE LOVE TO ENJOY, or in simple words we love the work which is easy and fun.Now if you are an animal then this is very good,  means that if you are a dog or monkey and you wasted all your life for enjoyments or spending all the time in doing what is easy and fun then  BOOM your are super successful.
But as far as we humans are concern we have to work for our better future . we have to take some pain today to create a better tomorrow . is it so, BULLSHIT.
The above lines are a part of us that we showcase to the outer world but deep down inside who want's to scarifies today's enjoyment which is pretty sure for some thing in the near future which is unsure.
And this is true let's assume  if we work so hard by killing our wiliness to enjoy then also the future is uncertain, Means after all that hard work also we can get exactly what we want . And we know this or we Believe it  from inside and that is the cause of every thing we call procrastination.
Image result for future is uncertain

THEN HOW WE MANGED TO COMPLETE OUR WORK ?

Yes this is something we all do we procrastinate at the starting then work very very hard at the end to meet the DEADLINE .But have you ever think why we do so, Because we love rewards or should i say instant rewards.
Let's assume you have an assignment to complete over the time period of 1 month than what will you do at the first day. It is obvious you will relax  OK but on the second day AAA relax again may we you started working on the 5th day if you are a pretty serious or dedicated type of person but then what happen is "NOTIFICATION" yes your mobile rings for an Facebook notification and you end up scrolling down the Facebook feed. But just think of it what will happened on the second last day you will work day and night  to complete the work , you still receive notifications but you don't have time to check out that because you have work to do or more certainly you have a deadline, Because if you don't complete this you have to face embarrassment in front of others or I should say like this if you complete the work you will get rewarded, their is sense of urgency either out of fear or because of getting a reward which makes you happy.
Just think over it , isn't it something we already discussed which is know as INSTANT GRATIFICATION. I know when I mention the word INSTANT  GRATIFICATION most of you take that as a negative feeling but it is actually not like that. The real meaning of the word is feeling good instantly and that is what happens when you finish your work at time.
Image result for instant gratification

THEN WHAT IS THE REAL PROBLEM WITH PROCRASTINATION ?

Now many of you are asking one question that if INSTANT GRATIFICATION is good then what is the real problem. The real problem is considering something which we won't belief is important, or Those works that don't have any deadline
  • Relationship issues
  • health issues.
  • Changing a bad habit ...etc
The above mention things won't come with deadline means no sense of urgency or no fear of loosing any thing and no rewards.
It was like eating a burger will not make you fat tomorrow or doing exercise today will not give a muscular physic over night
But they Dose the opposite like its very easy to eat junk and it makes you feel good in the same way doing exercise is something very difficult and relaxing at bed is fun, and that what our mind loves to choose, And we call it procrastination.

HOW TO OVERCOME PROCRASTINATION ?

Now as you know the problem then you want a solution, then lets find out what we can really do to overcome procrastination.
I think you know it already it's your choice how will you apply it.
The mind won't change by force so, don't try to do it by will power. it wants to feel good then give it the reason to feel good.
If you still don't get the point then I will make it more clear for you Break down your big goals into pieces then allocate some deadline to complete each and give some reward to yourself .
THAT'S IT , IT WAS REALLY THAT SIMPLE.

STRESS : Enemy or Friend..?

Through out my whole life I consider stress as my enemy.I did hell lot of things to avoid stress like yoga, meditation, deep breathing and god knows what else , And i was very sure that many of you think the same.
We think stress is the reason for many of the physical problem starting from common cold to cardio vesicular disease and that is what we learnt through the years down the line. starting from our elders , our parents even the doctors told so, But is it really true ?

Recently I encounter a Theory  that changed my approach towords  stress. Let me start with the study that tracks 30,000 adults in united states for eight years. The researchers started by asking some questions to the people like
  •  How much stress you experienced in the last year ?
They also asked that
  • Do you think stress is harmful for your health
Then they used the public death records to measure  who died. and the results shows that the people who experienced lot of stress in the previous year had a 43% increased risk of dying, But this is only true for the same people who thinks that stress is harmful for their health.
And the most amazing part is  people those who believe that stress is not bad for their health but experienced lot of stress are having the lowest risk of dying among them all.
Through the study of tracking the deaths , the researchers concluded that the 182,000 Americans died prematurely not because of stress but because of the belief that stress is bad for health.
That is nearly 20,000 people a year, If this estimation was right then believing stress is harmful for your health is among the 15 top reasons of death in America and the rank is much higher then skin cancer or some other deadly diseases

Now you know why I am writing this article. This study make me rethink that how by changing your beliefs about stress will makes you healthier.

DOSE IT MEAN THAT STRESS IS NOT BAD ?

No, When ever you are under stress some biological changes happen like your heart pound , your breathing quicken and your forehead sweat , and normally we call it anxiety. These are  all the symptoms of stress but When you change your beliefs about stress your body responded the exact opposite like
Now still your heart is pounding but not out of fear but out of joy, Your are still breathing quickly but to get ready for the challenge .
Their is another study that is conducted in the "HARVARD  UNIVERSITY" which is named as "Social Stress Test" .
In this study the participants are divided into two groups and for one group they have conducted a stressful interview and measure their behavior during the interview with the help of sensors or medical equipment.
The same test is conducted for the second group but there is only one change that the second group had  a training class before the interview , in the training they had been taught to consider stress as their friend not an enemy.
And The result is very clear the second group performs better in the interview.

Image result for stress as your friend not an enemy

WHAT SCIENCE SAYS ABOUT THIS

According to biologist Whenever you are under stress your heart rates goes up and your blood vessels constrict and that is the major cause of cardiovascular diseases or in simple terms it is not healthier to be in that state for a long time.
On the above mention "social stress test" the second group those who had been trained  to treat stress as a friend  their response to stress during the interview is much healthier like this
Image result for blood vessels constrict under stress

Another scientific fact is this there is a hormone called  "OXYTOCIN" this has a cute nickname "the curdle hormone" this released when you hug some one or when you care about some loved one but their is another part of work for this hormone that most people don't know about that when ever you are in stress you pituitary gland releases "oxytocin" this hormone has a major role in your body under stress , it helps to relax you blood vessels it also started seeking for telling some one that you are under stress but the amazing thing is that your heart has receptors for this hormone this hormone is majorly responsible to repair the damaged which is done due to stress. Seriously A stress hormone is actually straighten your heart.
Image result for how to make stress your friend

IS TREATING STRESS AS A FRIEND IS BETTER THAN AVOIDING STRESS ?

NO, avoiding stress is always a better way of leaving a healthier life but, in today's lifestyle it is nearly impossible to avoid stress. Now a days stress is became an essential part of our life may be it was relationship issues or financial things or work load in our professional life we are surrounded with stress. So, It is better to treat the stress as a best friend then an enemy and this is important not only for leaving a healthier life but also being confident under stressful situation and perform better in both personal and professional life.
And the procedure is pretty simple for doing this next time when you are under stress just remember that Stress makes you healthier and confident or create a believe that stress actually good for health,
Because STRESS IS NOT AN ENEMY .

EQUITY INVESTMENT : How long is long-term ?

To all the investors out there who love equity investment ,this is the time to break down another myth that if you invest in equity funds and wait for a log time you will get good returns.
covmainHe cut in corporate tax rate triggered the biggest one-day rise in the Sensex on Friday. Investors who were thinking of exiting must now be reviewing their plans. However, this one-day rally should not be the reason to keep your funds in the form of equity investment .It is well known that equities generate better returns than any other asset class over the long term. The question is, how long is long-term?

PURPOSE OF EQUITY INVESTMENT :

For tax purposes, holding equity and equity funds for a period of one year is long-term— too short a time frame for a volatile asset class. Till a few years ago, most investors considered three years as long term and expected good returns from their equity investments in that time. However, the recent correction has torpedoed these dreams. With SIPs in several large-sized equity schemes (AUM of more than Rs 1,000 crore) generating negative returns even after three years see table), investors are wondering what exactly does long term mean.

incov1

That bring us back to the question that If you are investing for growth than what will be the time period to get the actual growth,
The answer is "ABSOLUTELY NO MENTIONED TIME PERIOD" To get good return. Yes, you get me right the amount of good return is not based on how long you will keep you fund or you can say there is no specific rule for Generating good returns from "EQUITY INVESTMENTS"

"the investment is subject to market risk ."  i was pretty much sure that you all have heard this lines and that is the only truth when we talk about EQUITY INVESTMENT.

"The mantra to get a good return is  "gain knowledge" to get updated  and most important to have common sense." said by the 'Sujay dey' the Founder and CEO of 'FULFILLMENTADDA SERVICES PVT" and co-founder of "WOMAN'S PLAZA".

Gather as much information as you can about the market or the particular piece of equity you invested this includes:-
  • the future vision of the company
  • The balance sheet
  • To know about the top management
  • the future projects of the company...etc

WAIT AND WATCH TO GENRATE GOOD RETURNS FROM EQUITY INVESTMENT

The choppy markets have got investors concerned, but there is no widespread panic yet. “Most investors are waiting for a recovery. With 2-3 year returns turning negative, a small number of investors are panicking though,” says Santhosh Joseph, Founder & Managing Partner, Germinate Wealth Solutions. The continued faith of retail investors becomes apparent when one studies the collection figures of mutual funds. SIP investments in equity funds remain strong (see chart). But experts are worried about the incremental flow.

“Investors are continuing with their SIPs, but the incremental money is getting invested somewhere else,” says Gajendra Kothari, MD & CEO, Etica Wealth Advisors. This means investors are not topping their equity investments even after significant price cuts. No one is in a hurry to start new SIPs either. While the possibility of investors stopping their SIPs altogether if the market slides further is high, it would not be the high, it would not be the right thing to do. “You started an SIP to benefit from volatile markets. So don’t stop your SIPs because the markets are volatile,” says Suresh Sadagopan, Founder, Ladder7 Financial Advisories.

CORRECTION IS GOOD

Investors have several positive factors to look forward to now and a negative return is one of them. “Markets after a large fall are always better than markets at a peak. When it moves up, you will get higher returns than average,” says Rego. Investors have always made more money when the market is going through a correction and the historical returns are very low or negative (see chart). Most investors, however, wait for high returns before investing, thus ending up investing at a peaK.

On a point to point basis, debt funds have beaten equities over 5-year horizons
incov3

NEED TO IMPROVE THE FUNDAMENTALS

Bear markets usually coincide with other bad news. However, long-term investors have to consider all corrections, triggered by bad news, as investment opportunities. “Good news and good prices don’t come together. But investors want both and that is the problem,” says Kothari. The biggest concern right now is the economic slowdown. The GDP growth rate for the April-June quarter is down to 5%

Holding for 5 years is no guarantee of positive returns
incov4

FIX BEHAVIOUR ISSUES

Indians are experts in getting bargain deals and we try to buy everything at a lower price. However, that does not hold true when it comes to investment products. Investors tend to buy at peaks and exit at the bottom because they get carried away by fear and greed. Excessive focus on historical returns and the tendency to chase it is the first reason. “Most investors keep chasing historical returns, because we have a tendency to go with recent experience,” says Gajendra Kothari, MD & CEO, Etica Wealth Advisors.

THEN WHAT TO DO FOR GOOD RETURNS ?

finally if have reached upto this point than this means you are serious about investing.
incov6So,as a matter of fact the long-term investing doesn’t mean that you can leave your portfolio untouched for decades. In addition to regular reviews and rebalancing as part of asset allocation mentioned above, equity investors also have to do tax-based churning now. Since the long-term capital gain is tax-free only up to Rs 1 lakh per annum, investors need to keep booking that regularly. To make sure your asset allocation doesn’t change, shift from one equity or balanced fund to another equally good equity or balanced fund to another equally good equity or balanced fund. This way you can keep booking profit and maintain the desired allocation.

EFFECTS OF PLASTIC BAN ON INDIAN ECONOMICS

Plastic Effects Of Plastic :-The first thing you notice about the waste-collection centre is the absence of stink you associate with mounds of garbage. That’s because this municipal corporation facility at Malad in suburban Mumbai is only for segregated dry waste.

It’s around noon on a weekday and two trucks, which have collected rubbish from around the neighbourhood, are being unloaded as a third one pulls in. There’s everything from a mattress to a travel bag in the trash that was dumped here a few da
ys ago.

AS  RESEARCHERS SAYS THAT:

plastic1
BIG REASON TO WORRY, there are process that recycles the plastic wast but the real problem is with single used plastic or which is called as disposable plastic waste
Three workers look for recyclable plastic in the refuse, including packaged water bottles and soft drink bottles, and shampoo and hand wash containers, which will later be sent to a recycling unit. These plastics are shredded and turned into clothing, toys and trash cans, among others. But there is a lot of plastic here that cannot be recycled & the most common is multilayered plastic (MLP) packaging, used for chips, biscuits, chocolates, etc.
In June 2018, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that India would eliminate single-use plastics by 2022.This movement is run to reduce the bad effects of plastic. Canada and the European Union have since said they would get rid of some single-use plastics by 2021.
But my question to all
my viewers that is it possible for one man to achieve this target ?

EFFECTS OF PLASTIC BAN ON BUSINESS

Modi reiterated his position last month when he called for the first big step in the fight against disposable plastic to be taken on October 2, the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. Since that statement, there has been a lot of speculation on whether the government will ban or announce a phasing out of some single-use plastics on that day.
plastic2

How hard will it be to implement a plastic ban? What are the effects of plastic ban ? What will it mean for businesses and consumers? Will they find a way around it? According to Reuters, the government could ban six items, including bags, cups, straws and certain sachets. Another news report pegged the number of items to be outlawed at twice as many. These reports have pushed industry lobbies to issue statements highlighting the adverse impact of a ban and to take out advertisements in newspapers in defence of plastic
This is according to a report published on the THE ECONOMIC TIMES ON SUNDAY (22-09-2019).
Some business are against this as this will cost a hug loss in terms of production and that leads to job losses ,
Plastic5
and there are some other business owners that try to find an alternative way of doing business.

EFFECTS OF PLASTIC  : USE & RE-USE

A key step in that direction was Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) under the Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016, which were amended last year. As part of EPR, producers, importers and brand owners — like fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and pharma companies — are supposed to take back the plastic waste generated by their products, with the help of waste-management companies like Ahmedabad-based Nepra Resource Management. Nepra works with the likes of Nestle, PepsiCo and Colgate to Colgate to collect plastic waste from collection centres like the one at Malad in Mumbai.
Plastic8

Sandeep Patel, cofounder of Nepra, says that despite MLP being non-recyclable, the government cannot ban it since there is no alternative yet .
“Companies are trying to shift to single-polymer packaging, which would make it recyclable.” Global FMCG giants UnileverNSE 8.66 % and Nestlé plan to have 100 per cent recyclable or reusable packaging by 2025.

Hindustan Unilever, the Indian arm of Unilever, collected and disposed of more than 20,000 tonnes of MLP waste in partnership with nonprofits and startups in more than 30 cities across India, and plans to expand it to more cities, says a company spokesperson.
WOMAN'S PLAZA a new startup from the city jamshedpur which works as e- retail in the field of fashion industry as taken an initiative to use paper bags for the product delivery.

THE CHALLENGE

plastic17While India is one of 63 countries with EPR, its guidelines for the same continue to be vague, says Roshan Miranda, cofounder of Hyderabad-based Waste Ventures. “There isn’t much clarity on how much of single-use plastic a company puts out needs to be taken back by it,” he says. Afroz Shah, a lawyer and environmental activist known for his beach clean-up drive in Mumbai, concurs. “There is no mechanism to implement EPR.” Around 95 per cent of the trash he and his volunteers pick up on beaches is disposable plastic.
Even if the government chooses to ban certain plastics, there is a big question mark on how effective it will be. “Plastic is cheap and convenient, and as long as there is demand for it, people are going to manufacture it,” says Abhijit Bangar, Nagpur’s municipal commissioner
A national ban will have to be enforced by local bodies. Bangar says that unlike urban local bodies, gram panchayats may not have the resources to do routine checks on plastic use. Maharashtra is among the 23 states that have fully or partially banned plastic bags, but that has not stopped people from using them.
As a matter of fact that five years after Modi launched the Swachh Bharat Mission, only 56 per cent of our urban solid waste is processed and only two-thirds of the wards have 100 per cent segregation of waste at source shows that implementing a plastic ban is going to be far from easy.

There is also no clear evidence that curbs on plastic use have the desired results. A 2018 analysis by the United Nations Environment Programme of bans and levies on plastic bags and Styrofoam in 60 countries found that there was not enough data available on their impact in half the cases. In 30 per cent of cases, there was a drop in usage of those products, but in 20 per cent , there was little to no impact. Emails sent to the Environment Ministry did not elicit a response.

WHAT WE CAN DO TO CREATE AN CLEANER ENVIRONMENT ?

The government will do his part of the job, the real question is what we can do to make it successful.

TIK-TOK : THE PLAYGROUND OR A PLAYER..?

Hey, guys as the title suggest this blog is going to be about "TIK-TOK" but don't worry we are not going to discuss all the nonsense.

  •  " How tik-tok works ?"
                            or
  • "advantages or Disadvantages of the video sharing platform",
not at all, there are many more blog on the internet that will teach you all that.

Instead I want to drag your attention about the serious issue which I encountered while
researching.

The data is taken from "UBERSUGGEST" and i was amazed with the result that tik tok which is just came in existence 2 years ago is competing with "YOU-TUBE" in the monthly search volume which is a 2005 company. Yes, you heard it right I'm talking about the monthly search volume not the subscription volume.

Both are video sharing platforms and my  congratulation to the people associated with company that they achieve such a huge success with a short span of time, But I was also little worried  because of the content which is getting shared on this platforms . As study shows that 2019, 80% of global Internet consumption will be video content. 86% of online video marketers in "FASHION" industry use video content. 81% of people feature their video on their brand's website, an by the year 2020 the numbers will be increase up to 85% or more.
An average Indian is spending almost 3 hours,30 minutes every day on video sharing platforms,

The above data made me think that if people are spending hell lot of time while watching videos on the internet then the level of content matters a lot, that what people are watching on the video sharing platforms. As YOU-TUBE had some restriction and verification process for the video content makers so, the content is somewhat safer for the viewers  but when we talk about TIK-TOK anyone can upload anything and while having said that don't get me wrong that the platform is the problem,
I had never used tik-tok but i have seen some viral videos and the content on this platform is enough to make any one crazy.

TIK-TOK IS NOT GUILTY

I wanted to say that, the platform is not the problem. if some non-sense videos are getting viral then there is some other viral videos too that  showcase a different stories all together,
Tik Tok women

It goes without saying Tik-Tok has completely transformed how content is created and democratized it. if you want to read the full story check out the link : https://yourstory.com/herstory/2019/09/women-tiktok-content-creation-bytedance

But, i personally think that the mentality of the people or you can say the video creator making the actual difference.

after the "JIO Revelation" in India, the online activities are increasing like anything in such circumstances people are sharing anything they want which is  very good but they need to keep in mind that videos can influence people , here is a example of the same :
"There has been a string of accidents and mishappenings that have been reported related to the use of TikTok. The death of a 19-year old was the most recent incident that took place in Delhi in which a gun being used for shooting the video accidentally went off, leading to the accident and arrest of the other two boys involved."
THERE ARE MANY MORE STORIES LIKE THIS  check out the blog
https://vidooly.com/blog/tik-tok-banned-in-india/

TAKE A PAUSE , THINK  BEFORE YOU UPLOAD ANYTHING

My request to all the creators or the video makers out their, TAKE A PAUSE , don't upload any thing on the go, "THINK" just think of it , you have such a huge  audience  (remember the search volume above) to showcase your talent then why you are wasting it on UPLOADING such NON-SENSE instead of uploading something that creates value on other life's or show up your talent to the
talent-hunters out there, and make a carrier with this wonderful tool of technology.
And this is not only my request 'TIK-TOK" itself also started a new campaign about this :
"There are safer ways to be cool’: TikTok launches campaign on safe use of platform"

 TIK-TOK : THE PLAYGROUND OR A PLAYER

long story short, "Tik-Tok" the video sharing platform eventually launched in the year 2016 as Playground for sharing fun videos and with a noble cause of entertaining people but as the time evolves the playground became the "PLAYER" , and such a player that has a direct effect on the users mind. so, Now this is up to you that how you will use this to educate people or to make them laugh on you
don't get me wrong in this that the fun videos are bad ,I was just saying that use the time and efforts to create something good.

At the end I wanted to leave you with a question :
"Did you want to dominate the "PLAYGROUND" by creating something that worth creating or you let the "PLAYER" play with your's or others mind ?"

THINGS TO DO IN THIS ECONOMIC SLOWDOWN

I'm very sure that you all have read the story of "  Wise People Think Alike : akbar & birbal".
The story tells that when there is an economic crisis in the kingdom of king akbar he order all his people to put a  bucket of milk in the well of his garden on the  next full moon night. so, that the collected milk can be used to feed poor people.
on the decided night everyone came with a bucket full of water and pour the water into the king's well (everyone is thinking that who would we that wise , except me every one will put milk in the well so, my water will get mix and no one will every get to know that i bring only a bucket of water) on the next morning when the king akbar inspect the well to see how much of milk is collected he was amazed that the well was full with water and on milk.
